We welcome your comments, compliments and suggestions. If you have concerns about the care you received during your visit, we encourage you to take a few minutes before you leave to talk with the manager. He or she often can solve the problem or clear up a misunderstanding. However, if the manager cannot resolve the issue, our Patient Advocate can help you. 'Salute Our Stars' Award Program

You can nominate an Aspirus Grand View employee, physician, or volunteer to receive recognition for service that exceeds the Grand View CARES Standards. Individuals may be recognized for a single extraordinary effort or for sustained everyday excellence. Anyone may submit a nomination. Forms and drop boxes are available in many areas of the hospital and clinics. Staff members who are recognized by the STARS program proudly display the emblem on their I.D. badge.
